- 3 nights on Long Weekends from Friday- Monday
- 4 nights Easter and Christmas (no arrivals or departures Christmas day, Boxing day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday)
- 3 nights minimum during June/July School Holidays

A group of eight friends stayed in three properties at 1 Bunya Avenue for two nights in early June 2025. Three of us stayed at Unit 10 - Silverleaf. Silverleaf was very comfortable and really well-equipped, particularly the kitchen. The whole property was spacious and warm. Plenty of firewood was supplied - thank you! It was very convenient to have our group accommodated in properties so close together. The team at the Bunyas accommodation office were very helpful and friendly. We plan to return for another visit next year. Thank you!

A great weekend staying at Silverleaf. Location was great - an easy walk down to the Camping ground and bushwalks. As the weather was very chilly, the fireplace was much appreciated and firewood was well stocked (under the back stairs). The unit was well appointed with cooking supplies including sandwich maker. Phone reception is poor which was expected. Televison reception was also poor and some DVDs were provided but guests might like to bring their own. Note both showers are in the bathrooms upstairs, which was fine for us, but people with mobility issues might have problems. We also brought our own small fan heaters for the bathrooms.

Lovely Unit, very comfortable stay. very well equipt kitchen just needs a Colander otherwise was an amazing home. A lovely walk to the town centre & the markets were lovely small but lovely local products.
