Loved it ! Key pick up was easy, house was lovely and clean. I settled right in. The area was amazing, I spent all day hiking and drinking in the views. The staff in both poppies and the Bunyas were lovely also. Loved it so much I'm coming back in a few months.

We love staying at riberry house, just wish we stayed longer. The outdoor furniture is awesome watching the birds fly by. Comfortable lounge with blankets was a bonus. Everything was just perfect. We now can't wait to come back. Thanks

We stayed at the Riberry House for 4 days from the 31/10 ,we had a wonderful relaxing time in this beautiful house. Very private and quiet spot, the house has everything you need, it was very clean and pleasantly decorated. We hope to come back for another amazing week-end at Riberry surrounded by magnificent trees, wallabies and cheeky birds .

Had a wonderful time and the cottage was very comfortable, warm and cosy with a lovely atmosphere to the living area especially. Our first visit earlier in the year had been very windy, wet and cold but wonderful in spite of that (that was in a different cottage but warm, snug and comfortable also); then there was the usual lovely sea of wallabies but no birds. This time the birds were also in delightful abundance and, whilst still inclement at times, the days remained dry enough to do some of the wonderful walks. All in all, an experience worth passing on and recommending to everyone we know.

The house was very well equipped, more crockery etc than we've ever had in any other house there, so that was pleasing. It always disappoints me that maintenance is not very good, always little things broken or not working, and the cleaning is ok in the house, but easy to see they have a time limit so there's nothing extra done, so when I got home I said how lovely it was to get home to a really clean and well maintained house, but I'm a fussy housekeeper and we still did find the house comfortable.

Staying at Riberry house was all pleasure. It rained the whole duration of our holiday and therefore we were very grateful for the undercover parking, the magazines, DVD's, cookbooks, excellent (non smoky) log fire, comfy beds, huge undercover deck, well appointed kitchen and general ambience. We had a wonderful stay here and this house will be our first choice on a return trip.

Always a peaceful visit to the Bunya Mountains. Unfortunately, our first afternoon & first morning coincided with lots of lawn mowing activity in the vicinity that disturbed the serenity somewhat. All in the luck of timing I guess.

We got married on the grounds last June so Riberry has become very special to us and we plan on visiting every year. I’ve stayed in a few of the houses at Bunya and Riberry is one of the best. It’s beautiful, warm and homey. It has everything you could need. And poppy’s cafe I’m super impressed with. I’m gluten intolerant and the menu has so much choice. Thank you!

We will definitely stay at Riberry House again. It was our first time staying there and we absolutely loved it. It had a well stocked kitchen (spices/gladwrap etc. were appreciated) and plenty of blankets for warmth. And the covered deck was fabulous. We especially loved the resident possum that turned up every night.

We stayed at Riberry from 25th Oct - 27th Oct 2024. The house was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as shown in the pictures. All the extra's were wonderful, DVD's, games and the extras in the kitchen, Oil, salt and pepper and more were fantastic. Great location, easy to walk to cafe, Tavern and walking trails. Wild life was wonderful and the two kids loved feeding them with the food bought at the store. Would highly recommend.

We booked this home for a "Christmas away from home" and it was perfect. I was concerned about what might be in the kitchen entertaining wise but I should not have worried! The kitchen was stocked with everything we required. The home has a relaxing and peaceful ambiance which put our little family at ease immediately. I hope we can stay again soon.

Riberry house presented overall as an inviting place to stay. The touch of a few extras really helped make the stay feel more like a stay away from home. The bedding was very comfortable with plenty of spare blankets for warmth, and pillows to choose from. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with crockery and cutlery etc, and the living space was warm and generous. Even small touches such as ample cleaning utensils made it easier for us to ensure we left the premises in a tidy state. The birdlife that comes in for a feed is a highlight.

Beautiful appointed home, every little thing was thought of, I had not needed to bring the kitchen sink, as I was told by the Accommodation Centre, as it was all there and more, even books, DVD's, CD's, board games and video games, also toys. But also, tea, coffee, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and tablets, tea towels, the list is endless. Loved the warm fireplace and the reversed cycle air conditioning, it was nice and toasty inside, as outside the temperature did not get above 11! The decorations are so tasteful, beautiful colour schemes, a true home away from home. 3 nice sized bedrooms, 2 very comfortable queen size beds and a kiddies room with 3 singles (1 bunkbed), separate toilet from nice bathroom, so even suitable for 2 couples. Can't fault it in any way, absolutely loved spending my birthday here and will come back! Unfortunately the 500 meter walk had been closed for at least 2 years (it's still showing on all the maps) and the circular walk was at times challenging for people with bad backs and knees. Probably should have gone further afield to find a more gradual walk. Not impressed with Poppies, no atmosphere (probably nicer in summer when one can sit outside), nice coffee though. Bunya Mountains Tavern very nice, especially the Lyrics restaurant, for my birthday celebration.

Loved this house, home away from home with all the extras. Very family friendly and in a great location. The whole family enjoyed staying here. The kids loved the extra touch of toys in the bunk bedroom along with the range of DVDs they could watch. Will be returning again and love spending time at the bunya mountains in the winter months.

Thank you to the staff for upgrading us into this house it was absolutely superb considering we had booked the house next door and was not a pleasant experience, we found this house to be in great order and we would book it again, we understood that the bathroom had not been upgraded yet but that was a small thing as you do not spend a lot of time in the bathroom 😂 the whole of the house was neat and tidy and very well stocked with all you would need to enjoy your stay.
