Absolutely stunning. A wonderful Australia Day long weekend spent with the whole family under one roof. The pool table & jigsaw puzzles were a hit with the adults and DVD’s with the littlies. One Tree is well stocked with plenty of crockery & cutlery and there’s a coffee maker if you’re interested. The granddaughters were excited with the different birds that came to the verandas to be fed and the wallaby just below us that was very chill. Bonus was that the Sunday Markets were on. The cafe is amazing and the Moonshine tasting paddles at the Restaurant were dangerous as were the cocktails. We all had an awesome weekend at the Bunya’s and One Tree rocks

We stayed in One Tree for 3 nights, walking through the front door the views were amazing. The decks and living areas were lovely in the mornings with clear blue skies and sunshine beaming in. Luckily I had read reviews as there is a coffee machine, bring your own ground coffee. We took extra doonas, and were needed. There is an extra blanket in cupboard but the doonas are very light. Some areas of the house need some updating, as well as chairs around inside table, only has two long stools. The views and not having to go through the locked gates is why One Tree is a good place to stay

Lovely spacious house - beautiful views and comfortable beds. The pool table is a great idea for something extra to do and there are plenty of books to keep a bookworm occupied. We had an issue with the hot water while we were there but that was fixed promptly.

Really pleased with OneTree, think we lucked out with the best property on the mountain. We had a group of ten, and onetree was perfect for that group size. Her views are spectacular, the furnishings were modern, and the place was immaculate. Would recommend people bring ground coffee beans for coffee maker. This property does have one of the longest walks to the cafes and restaurants of Bunya (2k) but if you don’t mind walking, onetree’s view and open space are absolutely worth it. Was never sure about the flume on the fire place, so maybe some more clarity on how it works would be a plus.

Our recent stay at One Tree was amazing. The house itself is wonderfully equipped with all we could possibly have needed. The view is awesome and location is great! The house easily fitted us and our 5 kids with room to spare for extras if you needed it. Wood fire kept us all snug and warm and many a game of pool kept us entertained for hours. We will most certainly be making this an annual pilgrimage with the only complaint being I hadn’t booked us in for long enough!!

A great place to relax and recharge. Stunning views, excellent facilities, and all the amenities you'll need for a great time away. We stayed with a church group for two nights with 11 of us in the house, including some boisterous kids, and still had time and space to be revived! What a great spot.

My family have been staying at One tree for many years and enjoy the views, the privacy and the extras such as the pool table, a firm favourite with my grandchildren. My only such a suggestion would be to have a heater for each bedroom. There was an unavoidable delay in delivery of firewood and the cold temperatures resulted in some level of discomfort for some guests. Overall One tree is an excellent spot for families

Including oil heaters for the bedrooms for those that feel the cold. 😊 Fireplace was lovely with plenty of wood available for use. Beautiful location and views. Easy access to the Bunya village or to the look out. The small bush walk was perfect for those they don’t hike a lot. Poppy’s cafe’ a must to visit for morning tea. Loads of choice and quality was exceptional. We tried the soup one evening and it left us wanting more. 😊 Close to little towns if you felt like a drive to explore the area. Delightful property. This was such a great location and the view was phenomenal. It was so lovely looking out of our bedroom window to see either the clear sunny view, the wildlife or the storm approaching and rain falling. Our adult children loved the pool table and enjoyed a few games. We enjoyed using the deck and there was plenty of room to accommodate the amount of people staying. Management was quick to help when I misread the linen requirement (Christmas Eve) and provided me with linen at the last minute with a smile on their face. They were amazing.

Fabulous location, close to all the Bunya Mountains has to offer. The house has a good layout and can comfortably accommodate 10 people with ample, very comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, plus a large outdoor area, which is a great vantage point to star gaze in the evening. Such an amazing place to enjoy a memorable weekend away!

We were celebrating my Mums 84th birthday...3 generations!! The house was perfect with sleeping and living areas in separate wings. It was very well appointed for indoor and outdoor cooking. The pool table got a huge work out and entertained everyone. Thank you so much
