- The home has an extensive movie and music library along with games and books, a picnic set, art set, and a cocktail making trolley for a drink on the deck at sunset

- Private in a beautiful estate yet still walking distance to all Bunya amenities.

Minimum Stays:
- 2 nights minimum
- 3 nights on Long Weekends from Friday- Monday
- 4 nights Easter and Christmas (no arrivals or departures Christmas day, Boxing day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday)
- 3 nights minimum during June/July School Holidays

We had a very lovely stay at KIAH. It was very clean, well appointed, cozy and we loved how we all relaxed and enjoyed family time. The house had absolutely everything you need to keep everyone entertained from books, movies, music and games. We wish could of stayed longer. The kitchen we well equiped for all sorts of meals too. Everything has been thought of here. We will be back!

Beautiful, secluded spot nestled in the trees. House was beautifully decorated and welcoming. A wonderfully well equipped, modern kitchen and cosy living area supplied with a fabulously diverse collection of CDs, DVDs, board games and art supplies, and of course the fireplace. The whole family was delighted by the house and, once we got the fire going, there was no need to leave it save for a daily outing in the misty rain - to spot wallabies or pick oranges! My 8 year old summed it up best when he asked what day we had to leave and said he wanted to stay forever! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, we had a very special holiday.

Beautifully renovated cottage. If you like attention to detail then you’ll love Kiah! Everything you will need for a very comfortable home away from home stay. Great selection of activities for all ages, board games, books, movies etc. Kitchen is more than well equipped. Amazing!

This is a lovely place and I can't understand why it has such wide open availability. I found myself making regular little walks around the property and the adjacent public areas just because I could. The one living area is a little small given the size of the place. But the location, facilities, and DVD collection make it all worthwhile.
