Godshill studio was perfect for a couples retreat. It had some telstra network because it is on top of the hill. It was the perfect size, comfy bed, great ensuite. Seeing fireflies from the deck in the evening topped it off. Lovely relaxing place!

A wonderful relaxing place to spend some time. The studio was lovely, however the cleaning products left an overwhelming smell that didn’t go even when the studio was aired. The shortest road from Toowoomba is very narrow and winding, avoid this route on market days. These properties are run by a realestate, and not in the business of tourism. There is no customer care. 1. You are required to finalise your payment by giving you details via phone to a giggling idiot who possessed no communication skills. 2. Keys are left in a box and access is available to anyone. Returning the keys is via a locked box. 3. Directions to my cabin was drawn by a 4 year old at best. 4. On the way to the studio was a dead baby wallaby, which had been there for some time. 5. Gods hill studio does have a bar fridge but no ice compartment. I would go again to stay, I really enjoyed my stay.

The Studio was clean and ready for us on arrival. Unfortuntaley the chimney for the woodheater was blocked and this resulted in us not being able to use the heater and smoking out the studio. Upon mentioning this to the staff at checkout they apologised and said the chimneys are usually cleaned before Easter but this was not done this year. The provision of towels would also have been appreciated. Overall we were happy with our stay apart from not being able to have the fireplace going (a reason we booked the studio).

We stayed in Godshill Studio in early May 2021. The chalet was cute and we loved the log fire. Even though the cottage didn't have a separate bedroom, it was spacious enough and comfortable. Very private, couldn't be seen from the road. We were visited by crimson rosellas, brush turkeys, king parrots, a yellow throated scrub wren and a wallaby

We had a lovely time in the Studio at Godshill Bunya Mountains, plenty of walks and great eating to be had. The serenity of just sitting and watching the interaction of the wallabies so close to the accommodation. The fireplace was a welcome relief to the chilly night.

We were very happy with the studio at Godshill. Very generous with space; modern and comfortable. Location was perfect, so quiet and isolated. We had an echidna and birds in the 'backyard' and of course, lots of wallabies.

This place felt like home. From the minute you arvie, you are surrounded by beautiful nature. Animals are every place you turn, the people are wonderful. Breakfast at poppies cafe was delicious. Walking traks are fitted with shoe cleaning stations, so that the national park guests don't harm the native bunya tree. Perfect walking tracks great look outs and wildlife spotting. Over all this place has been amazing, definitely looking forward to returning.

We stayed from 1 Oct 2021 for 3 nights. We absolutely loved all our experiences at the Bunya Mountains. Our stay at Godshill Studio ( suitable for 2 adults) was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly what we wanted, being so close to the rainforest and bird calls, it was quiet and the facilities inside the studio were exactly to our liking. A nice touch was we could pull the blinds/curtains apart to reveal the rainforest all around us! We will love to visit again! I can thoroughly recommend the property to anyone considering visiting the Bunya Mountains. Noelene

First time staying at the Bunya Mountains for us. A stunning location with so much wildlife. The only real downside to where we stayed was the fact there was no undercover parking of some sort. It started pouring rain at exactly the same time we arrived. The driveway looked like it stopped and you can,t see the studio clearly when it,s dark. Luckily the other residents told us where it was. It has a horrible entrance around a huge tree. You then park in a muddy carpark where my wife had to get out into a huge muddy trench. Not happy Jan. You then have to get into the cabin which has no cover over the verandah either!! I would have loved to sit out on the verandah and listen to the rain on the bush but couldn,t. A bit of a let down but not a deal breaker. The studio itself was very nice and well equipped. The fire was cosy as well as having a heater and electric blankets. The only other major letdown was the cafe near the park needs to realise that you can do more than one sitting per table per night. We were told they were fully booked for both nights when we were there at 4.45pm. We came back to pick up the takeaways we ordered because they wouldn,t seat us and there wasn,t a single person in the place!! We could have ordered eaten and been gone by 5.45pm instead of paying $50 for 2 hamburgers and chips which were stone cold by the time we got back to the cabin. Again. Not happy Jan. Other than that it was a nice cold weekend. Exactly what i wanted. We,ll be back for sure.💯💯💯

My husband and I loved the three nights we spent at the Godshill Studio. The studio was nestled into the rainforest and in a very quiet and private area. The studio was tastefully decorated and the little details made it feel very cosy and inviting. We went for a few of the walks through the rainforest and it was truly magical. On the one day that it rained we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in our little studio by the warmth of the fire with a wine in hand and a beautiful view of rainforest. This accommodation was booked online and exceeded our expectations. The staff of the Bunya Mountains Accommodation Centre were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this beautiful place in the world to anyone wanting to experience this amazing part of the world.

My husband and I stayed a long weekend in the GHStudio and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Edging right onto forest, studio is private and the balcony view of trees and forest has no views of other houses. We were close and easy access to everything but felt isolated and private. The studio is well equipped and serviced. Every thing was clean and comfortable and we could not have enjoyed our stay more.

GH Studio was wonderful for our time on Bunya. Loved the seclusion and location. The studio is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing time away. Especially in the Winter as the studio doesnt get much sunlight so was nice to have the fire place. This little studio was a perfect weekend away for my husband and I; to able to have the fire going and just chilling out, relax, read a book and going for a walk. Always recharges your soul!! Also special shout out to the Bunya Mountains Tavern who fed us for Brekkie and Dinner while we were there food and service spot on. Coffee was amazing could have easily sat there for the morning and had numerous cups. Thanks to everyone! Truly a special place close to my heart with lookouts where you can see for miles and miles in the day and a mesmerising sky full of stars by night.

I arranged a secret secluded getaway for the wonderful man in my life and chose Godshill Studio for its seclusion and intimacy. I found the cabin met all those requirements. It was laid out well and was out of the way. We also stayed at Fire Tail due to an unfortunate turn of events at Godshill Studio and found the house quite lovely. More open than I would have liked but considering it was only for one night and it was a Monday it was more than sufficient.

Cute as a button, self-contained studio in the forest. Far enough away from the rest of Godshill to be private, close enough to extend a group into. Beautifully maintained with stunning gardens, the bird life in the garden was incredible.

This was our first stay at the Bunyas. We appreciated (and read) all the information sent to us via email before our stay, so there were no surprises. Our accommodation was delightful. It was unfortunate that the weather was wet, so we were unable to make the most of the beautiful surrounds, but we were certainly warm and cosy inside, and able to enjoy the environment while listening to restful music. It was a relaxing break, despite the weather. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The Godshill Studio was the perfect weekend getaway for my partner and I. The facilities and staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in and check out were very easy. The Bunyas restaurant and Whisky Bar were top notch for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bunya Mountains. The bed in the Godshill studio was very comfortable and it was lovely being surrounded by trees and wildlife. The room had everything we needed making our stay convenient. There were a few things that could have been improved - the fireplace needs to be properly sealed as when a fire is lit, smoke fills the room (with door closed) making everything very smelly and made it difficult to sleep. Also, the cutlery and utensils need to be double checked following check out as many items were still dirty from previous stayers. The food at the restaurant was quite nice but a little expensive. All staff we encounter were very friendly.

Our stay was wonderful, the studio is gorgeous and very comfortable, but we were very disappointed that there was no barbecue. We expected that there would be one on the deck, as there was there on our previous visit some years ago. You might ask the owners to reconsider that.

Lovely visit . Studio was very nice and well equipped except no freezer caught us out slightly plus fire wood seemed not dry enough or flue needs cleaning as was very hard to get timber burning and I am very experienced in burning iron bark in fire places . Still yet to have access to my deposit

We loved our stay in the Bunya's, the studio was idyllic situated in the forest for a peaceful and relaxing setting for a well earned break! The studio was great however we had issues with the fire not working properly as we had smoke bellowing into the room when we first lit it which made for a very uncomfortable sleep the first night. We would have loved to have had the fire going for the rest of our stay to enjoy the ambience of the place but we had to borrow a heater that was quite noisy from the office for the last two nights. Also the water was very discoloured which turned us off drinking it so we bought our water from the store. Other than that we had a lovely stay!
