  • 3 nights minimum during June/July School Holidays

Have stayed here before and its lovely. We have kids who need to run around and the large grassy area is great for them. Its close to the restaurant so you can walk down for dinner.

We had a delightful stay at this lovely cottage. Our two older kids (6 and 3 years old) loved the loft beds and the chess sets in the bedroom and on the porch. We all loved the clean and cosy atmosphere, the fireplace, and the egg chair... We also appreciated the thoughtful extra touches such as hand soaps in the bathrooms, and kitchen staples such as baking paper, salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc. We took our kids' little legs into account when planning walks and stayed fairly short and local - Pine Gorge Lookout, Paradise/Little Falls, and Koondaii Lookout. One child acquired a tick (in spite of our Deet spray application), so we were glad we remembered to bring our Tick Off spray and permethrin cream. We loved our stay at Fantail Cottage and have already booked our next visit.

Peaceful place with great kitchen supplies and a BBQ. We enjoyed the deck views and visits from the King parrots and rosellas. The cafe, store and bush walks were only a short stroll away. Fantail cottage overall was a very comfortable stay.
