We recently spent 4 days at Eagle Outlook and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is in a stunning location with amazing views. A variety of beautiful birds came visiting every day. Eagle Outlook is very comfortable with everything you need for a great break. The fire was a big hit and there was plenty of wood provided. Remember to take your fire lighters. The pool table provided lots of fun although it is in desperate need of repair. A great few days, would definitely return. Many thanks.

Throughout the booking journey, the staff were most helpful in accommodating us and the changes we had to (unfortunately) make last minute. But we got there in the end : ) ... Our stay couldn't have been much better. All that was left to do was to enjoy the beautiful forest walks and take in the wonderful wildlife and breath taking scenery.

We enjoyed the amazing view while we fed the parrots and rosellas. The wood fire kept us warm on a very cold day and night. The house is very well equipped and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Eagle Outlook is in a sensational location offering extensive 150 degree NW to NE views over the National Park down to the lowlands, which the great house layout, windows and verandahs optimise on. The variety and quantity of birdlife and wallabies was wonderful and enhanced the awesome experience. Will definately be recommending this spacious property and the Bunya Mtns to friends!

Eagle Outlook is situated on one of the perfect spots at the Bunya Mountains. Sunrises and Sunsets are magnificent, and the amenities provided are everything you want few few days away with friends. We always enjoyed our stay in Eagle outlook as we love the house design and views. The new front deck was excellent and nice to see the birds are back after covid! The only slightly adverse comment I have is that under tables, lounges and in the main bedroom (under the bed )were extremely dusty and fluffy. It looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for quite a while. As we had an asthmatic with us we cleaned to start with to some extent but it still needed some thorough attention when we left. Apart from that we are very used to this property and love to come here even though it needs a bit of TLC. We’ll be back next year!

Beautiful location. The views from the decks and the main living room are amazing. The house is huge, accommodating our group of seven with room to spare. With decks on 3 sides, the house feels even more spacious. The house itself is quite dated and in need of maintenance. Internal walls are very scuffed and in need of a repaint and the decks have not had any attention in a long time. We had a very enjoyable stay but we were somewhat disappointed by the condition of the house.

The house is in a great location with wonderful views and wildlife. Plenty of space and well equipped. But it could do with a refresh and a proper spring clean. Musty when we arrived and some dust and stains evident. New mattresses also needed on some of the beds and the pool table and one of the sofas need some minor repair.

We continue to book this beautiful property annually to share a holiday with friends. Views couldn't possibly get any better - 270 degrees! Loads of room for two families without invading personal space. Awesome outdoor deck space with so many visiting birds. Pool table, games, a swing, books, stereo and tv. Different level balconies with tables and chairs on each. The big negative was a broken Queen bed which meant one couple couldn't sleep together - not ideal being a family holiday. This has been mentioned to the lovely staff on a couple of occasions now though so hopefully it will be rectified before our next visit. We love Eagle Outlook! Thank you to the staff who always go out of their way to be of as much help as they can.

Great views and good size house for two families. It’s such a shame about the rickety old beds in all the bedrooms Other than the main bedroom. They feel like they will collapse at any moment. They need to be updated and if not will be a shame as we will have to find another property for our annual trip.

"Eagle Outlook" was a fantastic property with everything you could ask for in a holiday home. We were warm, cosy, comfortable and entertained. The children loved the time at the home and we came away feeling refreshed. The view is incredible, the beds were comfy, great selection of DVDs, sprawling verandas and beautiful birdlife. Absolutely loved the Bunya Mountains and the whole complex surrounding the village. The house was adequate for our stay - only one complaint. We went to cook dinner on the barbecue on Saturday night and discovered that the gas bottle was empty. It would be ideal for tenants to find gas in the bottle. We had no idea where we could find gas at night so ended up cooking our dinner indoors. The walks and the maps were fabulous. The forest we found very relaxing and calming. Scones at Poppy's cafe were excellent. Thank you

The stay was marvellous as usual. The house was clean and welcoming. It looked like half of the timber floors had been improved since our last visit- they looked lovely. The party between front and back doors under the pool table were still very worn and shabby. Beds were comfy and warm. The pool table is now almost unplayable- it needs the top flat felt replaced urgently and there are only 2cues that actually are usable. This is a leading feature of this property so it’s a shame it has been allowed to deteriorate so badly. Staff were great and timber was quickly provided once we let them Know it was very low. Still a great property!!

Eagle Outlook is a terrific facility that offers all ages a memorable experiences. We have been returning to the Bunya Titles area for over 3 decades and stayed in multiple houses over that time. Wish we had known about the features of Eagle Outlook, earlier. We are returning to this stunning accommodation again next June 2024 for my Wife's 70th Birthday and our 50th Anniversary.

Had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend. Good beds and bathrooms. Loved the comfortable leather lounges, log fire and spectacular views. Lots of space inside and on decks, and plenty of parking space underneath which is handy when there are a few cars. Missed a dishwasher but there were enough of us so to get through it pretty quickly. Overall a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Eagle Outlook on the weekend. The views are amazing and we loved the fire place, especially after getting soaked doing the 4km walk. The bird life was incredible with Rosella's, cockatoos, and fairy wrens to name only a few. We really enjoyed the house and it has everything you could need but it is a bit tired and needs a few repairs but on a whole its a warm and welcoming place and we will definitely return again.

Eagle outlook was very smelly, the aircon was mouldy, the blinds were broken so we couldn’t use them, the inside of the fireplace is caving in, nails poking out on the deck, musty smelling beds and the pool table had tears… this place is up for sale and I hope that who ever buys it they actually give it some love it would be a beautiful place if they did…

Great house with magnificent views. Does need some improvements and maintenance though. The main bed desperately needs replacing and it actually gave way one evening which was very inconvenient and frightening. The place needs a really good spring clean and the floor boards out on the main deck should probably be replaced as some feel like they might fall through. With the above addressed though I think it would be hard to find a better place on the mountain.

This house has the most beautiful views with several verandahs to enjoy them. The maintenance of the property could be improved as it is obvious it needs a bit of tlc. The cleaners didn't empty the fireplace even though nobody had been there for 3 days and the gas cylinder was empty so by the time we worked this out we had to cook on the frypan-very disappointing. We will book a different house next time even though we have stayed here before. The wildlife is amazing.

Love staying at the Bunaya's for our annual family weekend. All houses we've stayed in have been fun & unique. We love picking a different house to stay in each year. Only thing that would make the stay better for me is to have a couple of coathangers, just cheap wire ones would do, in each wardrobe. Many houses we have been in don't have any or maybe one & I keep forgetting to pack my own. I know these are articles that can go "missing" easily but would be good to have a couple to hang clothes on.

My review is remarkable for being unremarkable. There was nothing out of place, check-in was easy and pain-free, service was great, and everything was as you would hope. This is the 2nd time we have booked the same venue and intend to again in the future. The property itself has fantastic outlooks over the valley and towards Kingaroy and Tarong, is comfortable, and has plenty of rooms to give flexible sleeping options. The pool table is a big bonus, as are the many verandah's and outdoor areas. The women folk appreciate the wood fire and the old VHS movies, the kids like the space to get away from each other, and the men like the outdoor space and shooting pool. We intend this to be a preferred weekend stay for many years to come.

We have had a very busy year in our practice and needed time away, and our young adults likewise with senior school and university. Our escape to Bunya was EXACTLY what we needed. We walked, read, listened to music, flew drones(!), chatted, laughed, sang badly around the fire and survived with limited mobile and internet. Just sensational. A week of peace and tranquility. When we asked our young adults if they would return with us there was a resounding YES from all.
