Loved our 2 nights at this unit. Only problem we had was no bathroom on bottom story. I had 2 x disability people with me and booked as 2 beds on ground floor so they couldn’t shower for 3 days.

The main queen mattress was very hard and it hurt both my ribs and hips. It may need to be replaced. The lock to the wood opened but I was unable to relock it. Overall it was okay

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the accommodation. It was very spacious, private and quiet apart from the birds which we loved. The mountains are wonderful and the walks were really enjoyable. Fantastic location. Plenty of space and very clean for our stay. You can hear the sliding doors of the adjacent townhouse but honestly was no major issue. Included a lovely outdoor seating area and BBQ. The key pickup and drop off was seamless.

Very nice stay at unit 8 - Butterfly. Clean and comfortable. The wood fire was great as it was quite cold when we were there. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice quiet stay at the Bunyas.

This was a wonderful unit. It would have to off been one of the best equipped kitchen we have stayed in and was very comfortable. Bed was a bit soft but I would recommend to stay at this unit.

We had a fantastic time at the Butterfly house. Even though we had an initial problem when we arrived as the house hasn’t been cleaned, the administration worked quickly to fix the problem, so we finally had our house cleaned. Great kitchen, bbq, fireplace, and very comfy sofa. For improvement, we would suggest an update in the fridge as it is too small and takes time to work properly. Also, we recommend to install a power point at the garage to allow electric cars to recharge more conveniently. Again, our time was fantastic and full of fun.

This was a lovely unit. It was thoroughly clean and all the information about what to bring prior was made known clearly. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a heater on the patio and in the unit as making a fire was a chore that none of us wanted to partake in for only a two night stay. We had a great time, I would highly recommend staying in the Butterfly Unit.

I came up here to stay in 08 - Butterfly 🦋 with my fiancé for our 12 year anniversary for 4 days even though it rained the whole 4 days we were there I loved it I think it made it more magical also loved the fireplace and space and really enjoyed the spa bath the balcony was an amazing place to sit and enjoy nature and it had everything in it to stay comfortabley I was impressed with the fact that it had many extras such as dishwash liquid and salt and pepper etc and even tea towels which I forgot to bring myself so I was happy about that even though I was told to bring mine it was nice to see those extra little things overall very happy and we will definitely be back again next year very impressed

This was the first visit to the Bunyas for my friend and I - we weren't sure what to expect! We found our accommodation really lovely and also practical, with a beautiful garden and lots of native birds visiting. We had some great walks in the bush and a lovely dinner at the tavern on our second night. The house was well set up for making our own meals and we had a bit of a DVD marathon on our last night whilst the wood fire was going. Super relaxing and great value for money - we're already planning our next trip!

Great place to stay. Spacious accommodation, kids loved it. You'll few wallabies hopping in the backyard early morning. Ensure you grab some bird food from poppies, the bird flies out to your hand to get some.

We had a lovely time staying at butterfly in the bunya's. The spa bath was amazing, we enjoyed the fireplace, though the weather was a little warm. Our toddler did well with the carpeted stairs. The porch and outdoor bbq area was lovely with birds visiting everyday (bird food can we bought at the little shop but I would bring my own sunflower seed next time). We used bottled water to drink.

We spent 2 nights in "Butterfly" in July 2020 at the Bunya Mountains and might I add the accommodation was first class. The Lodge was fully equipped with everything a self-contained unit should have. The fireplace was large and ample wood was provided. The spa was certainly big enough for two and the hot water was abundant. The DVD collection was large covering all aspects of Movies etc. The unit itself was very modern,clean and tidy with no noticeable maintenance requirements. Unfortunately the weather didn't lend itself to spending time on the large veranda but table and chairs with BBQ were available. Under cover parking was provided for our vehicle. The dinner at the Restaurant on Friday night was exceptional and quite reasonably priced. The walking tracks unfortunately were very wet and slippery due to the weather but with care we were able to manoeuvre around the beautiful flora and fauna located in the thick bush. I would certainly recommend staying in " Butterfly " and we will request this unit should we return during the warmer months.

4 friends stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Birds and wallabies were the star of the show, but accm was good too. Kitchen in particular was a delight as so well equipped. Only a dishwasher would have made it better, but understand with tank water probably not a good idea. I did call into the Accm Centre with a list of things that needed a bit of attention, but nothing earth shattering. Just loved the Bunyas but with a torn muscle in the calf of my left leg, couldn't do any walks, just the perfect excuse to come back!!
