We love Bunya Mountains! I have lost count what trip this was, we have been coming for the last 6 years, my daughter has basically grown up there! We love the chance to recharge, to take a big deep breathe! The cooler weather is always a welcome bonus and everybody is always super friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay at Magic Heights. House was very comfortable, clean, and had more things in the kitchen than I have at home!! Location is good, easy walk to cafe and walking tracks (the walk up the hill coming home knocked me about a bit but no one else complained!!😀). The outlook is lovely and I’ve never seen the Bunyas looking better. Thank you!!

We had a great relaxing time catching up with our friends staying in Magic Heights. Although this year there was no bicycle riding for the men to Dalby and Kingaroy due to body maturity! All 4 families come to Bunya mountain yearly to see the new year in for the last 35 years! We always have a few glasses of Champagne to welcome the new year. Magic Height offers adequate room and facilities for our gathering on New Year’s Eve which was very nice. Over all we had enjoyed our stay and are coming back this December to welcome 2023, thank you for for letting us stay at Magic Heights.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Magic Heights and can't wait to be able to return for another stay. The house has good views from the verandah which also allowed for outside dining and entertaining. Seeing that our stay was in the middle of summer, we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the temperature was as it was at least 5 degrees cooler than our home area in Brisbane. Poppies on the Hill Cafe was great for snacks and lunch and our dinner at the Bunya Mountains Tavern just topped off a great break.

Our tenth time at Bunya, it just keeps getting better. beautiful night sky of the Bunya Mountains and fantastic views from most property's we have rented keep it up... This property was probably one of the better ones we have stayed in. Great views, especially when the clouds are practically at your front door. The layout of the house was great and had everything we needed.

The house itself and Location were perfect however it is filthy and needs a bloody good clean. Under the corner lounge and main bed had not been swept for months floor covered in a thick film of dust. The main bathroom is full of mould even the grouting on the walls are full of mould. The drains are feral full of black gunk that you can see. Otherwise my stay was lovely. Well provisioned heaps of firewood and setup well.

We selected this house to help accommodate all our Bridal party and wedding guests. It was beautifully fitted out and fitted our needs precisely. The location was very close to the venue (The Bunyas) and the stay was enjoyed by all.

We had a wonderful family time with our family, and we were all impressed by the cleanliness of the house and also how well equipped the kitchen was. The views were amazing, and the children enjoyed feeding the birds and wallabies with the feed available from the shop. The children would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone, The deck could do with some maintenance, as there were a few nails and screws needing to be replaced, but wearing shoes solved that problem. Good stay as usual with all our friends in 3 other houses. Leaking laundry tap was timely fixed. The vacuum cleaner needs some new bags too. The main problem with the house is the hot water system. Hot water was too hot. It is dangerous shower anyone can get burn easily. The hot water needs a temperature control install before someone gets burn. On the whole pleasant stay and we had enjoyed it

We had a wonderful family weekend away at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The facilities are very good and aside from some maintenance issues everything was well presented and worked well. Being at the top of the hill was a challenge after a long walk but being able to relax and enjoy the panoramic view on the super size deck made that worthwhile, particularly as we could keep an eye on the children at play.

We love coming to the Bunya's and have been to stay a few times. This is our second time staying at Magic Heights. The house is great, plenty of room to move and accommodate everyone. A lovely big kitchen and deck for mealtimes. Would stay here again. Some aircon for the hotter days would be nice though.

We really enjoyed our two nights at The Bunya Mountains staying at Magic Heights. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The views from the main verandah and living rooms are very nice. The house is in the main village area and a short walk to the tavern, store and coffee shops. The Bunya mountains are a really special place and we will return in the future.

Beautiful winter escape with a lovely fireplace to relax by. Visited by the local birds and able to watch the gorgeous wallabies from the huge veranda. The house was huge and complete with all the necessities for a relaxing escape. We got our exercise on just walking to and from the Tavern 😉 but also challenged ourselves on a 10klm forest trek. Cafe, corner store and a Tavern all a couple need to escape the ho hum of 2020. Thank you for an awesome 20th wedding Anniversary. We will return. 💕

Magic Heights is a beautiful property and provided our family with a wonderful weekend away. The large kitchen and living spaces are large, perfect for bigger groups and the log fire kept us warm all weekend. The house had absolutely everything we could have needed and we hope to be back soon!
