We stayed for two nights with my husband, our three kids, and my mother. The rooms were spacious, and we felt relaxed as soon as we entered the house. Every morning, birds came to visit. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda, feeling the fresh breeze, and watching so many butterflies fluttering around. In the evening, fireflies appeared, and wallabies visited too. I loved the setting on the second floor with the star-gazing terrace. My nine-year-old son loved the house so much he didn’t want to leave. We adored the cozy yet beautiful interiors and had a wonderful family time together. I should also mention that my kids spent most of their time at the billiards table. Thank you for the great stay!

This was a wonderful property! We had no issues at all - the kids loved the deck and birds that came in, the stars on the top deck were beautiful at night, we had all the appliances we could need and the house was very well equipped. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard and it is a great location - walking distance to the Bunya Mountains Tavern and walking trails, but still private and quiet given the way the property is situated. Mornings on the deck were a highlight. We will be back! The only issue was the flume and door for the fireplace didn't close properly, so it was a very hungry fire, but it was still lovely and toasty warm and still latched closed, so still safe - we just needed a lot of wood handy, which wasn't an issue given the supply kept at the property.

This is a 30th year of coming to the stunning Bunya Mountains and it didn't disappoint! So wonderful that family and friends that we have introduced to the mountains are now coming back with their families, and making wonderful memories themselves. Evermore is a beautiful home with everything you need provided at your finger tips. Can't complain about anything - beds were comfortable, fireplace burned well, kitchen and bathrooms great and the decorating of the home has been done well. We will definitely return to this home again.

Beautiful cabin feel. Very cosy with the fire place. Bathroom Reno’s are elegant. Electric blankets were a must. Would love to have all linens included as part of the price, going the way of AirBnb’s. I know they were available to rent separately, but flannelette sheets were not and they are a must for winter. Including necessities such as hand soap and kitchen basics would be great. As we were told we had to bring everything we were pleasantly surprised it was stocked with basics after all. Beautiful place and a beautiful stay. We would love to return at some point.

We explored the nearby forest and walked each day, the highlight being the evening stroll up to Mt Kiangarow to see the sunset and walk back down in the darkness looking for nocturnal wildlife as we went. If we return to the Bunya’s we will be heading straight back to the beautiful Evermore.

Only thing to fault if anything was there was hardly any wood for the fireplace, and when asked if we could get some more from somewhere, there was no options. Ended up getting some from a friend staying at another house. As for The Tavern, would not recommend at all. Disappointing service or should I say lack of all round. When we do come back which we plan on, we will make sure we are 100% self efficient.

Wow, what a lovely set up house in a busy setting, with wild birds , parrots and cockatoos that visit each day for a feed of bird seed. The house can sleep 8 and is very clean and tidy with a pool table, when the nights get cold you can start a fire in the log fire place nestled in the corner of the lounge room

Evermore was the perfect venue for a family long weekend. A beautiful home with all you could need and more. Great to have the pool table in the middle of the house. The kitchen was perfectly decked out with quality appliances (including the coffee machine) which meant that lots of great food was prepared and shared. Great fireplace and the newly renovated bathroom was a delight. We will be back.

Beautifully appointed home with high ceilings, fireplace, clawfoot bath and pool table. We stayed for 3 nights with our young and teenage children, and parents. The kids retreat was perfect for them with a TV space and balcony. So many thoughtful details with candles, coffee machine, bird seed and warm throws. Felt luxurious and homely. Would definitely recommend and return. Capably caters for 8 guests.

A perfect location for bird watching. The house is beautifully decorated with expensive fittings e.g. curtains, taps, light fittings, bathroom and kitchen renovation. Although it sleeps 10 it does not have space to accommodate 10 in the rest of the house. The larger upstairs bedroom being windowless was stuffy even for just 2 people. It would be stifling for 6 people. It really needs ventilation by way of louvres or hopper windows each side of the door or airconditioning to that room.. The upstairs bathroom really needs ventilation as well as the kitchen area. It will not take long for mould and mildew to form. As the house is not fly-screened, you could not leave the windows open as the moths flew in. All in all a lovely house, but I think would cater to 4-6 people more comfortably.

Evermore is lovely – such a cosy but spacious house! Beautiful birds always on the deck and a very very cosy living space. Pool table is so much fun and there is a really spacious dining room also. We loved staying here and would highly recommend a stay for two families or a big group of friends. Lots of firewood supplied. Only downside : make sure that you bring your own toilet paper because it is quite expensive at the local shop!!

Comfy, clean, good fireplace, rough backyard, large stone cemented into back paving. Family member tripped over same. Stairs too dark and lighting poor. Too many pillows and quilts in bedrooms , please get rid of these as there is no room in the cupboards to hang clothes or put bags away off the floor. A lot of kitchen clutter and no where to put own groceries. No pantry. Good fridge. Pool table great, but in the way. Good laundry facilities. Overall nice stop over. Just mentioning the above for the owners benefit. There is too much jumble in the kitchen, tell owner not to put their left over crockery and excess tins, old scales etc in a rented out house. Would stop here again. Thank you.

We were so glad we booked Evermore. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Kids loved the pool table and daily bird feeding off the porch. Lots of wallabies feeding of a morning to watch. Beds were comfortable. Very close to Bunya Village and the track entrance. Will definitely return.

Second time staying Evermore. On this occasion, disappointingly, the floors were dusty and the floor under the settee hadn't seen a broom for a long time. The bathroom was spotless.

This house was great for the 4 adults and 4 children. Very cosy and warm with the fireplace. Pool table was a bonus for us to use. Close to all amenities with just a walk down to the markets. There was plenty of room for the kids to ride their bikes. We booked this house and A Little Bit Of Heaven side by side for our group. Good choices.

The property is well maintained and has quality furniture, fittings and fixtures throughout. Very comfortable and has an excellent wood heater. Have stayed in this property many times over the past 25 years. A couple of items that would improve our stay are: Install a dish washer - we always wash everything before we use it in a house that doesn't have a dishwasher. Would also save hand washing too. It would be nice to have an inside light switch at the front door. This is nothing new and we know our way around, but it must be tricky for first time tenants who turn up in the dark. We love your property, which is why we keep coming back.

House was lovely and well appointed, perfect for what we required. Service upon check in, not so good. I rang earlier on the arrival day to say that I would be late, provided payment details and arranged a late check in. I arrived at 7:30pm, headed to the office and no keys had been left out as arranged. I rang the 'after hours' number and my heart sank as I heard the phone ringing inside of the locked office.. Luckily I went across to The Bunyas and the helpful staff there gave me some tips to find someone who worked at the Accommodation centre, if it wasn't for them I would have probably got back in the car and went home as I had 3 children with me and didn't want them to spend the night in the car.
